Meditation with a Japanese Monk
Description: In this online experience, I start by sharing the story behind how and why I became a Buddhist monk and about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.
First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.
Material: Make yourself comfortable and find a place in which you can calmly meditate and also do the singing meditation!

Idea Marketplace
Description: Do you have an idea that you want to share and develop with others? Do you look for likeminded coworkers to work on it? Or did you have an idea during the workshop that you want to discuss? Join this session!
Material: Bring your idea in a presentation, a sketch or as a pitch!

Fitness Session
Description: The average modern body sits over 6 hours a day. If you are working a white collar job, you easily add 2-3 hours to that. Join this fitness session to loosen your bones, move your muscles and get your body in motion!
Material: You will need some space to move your body, and a mat (e.g. yoga or camping mat).

Breakfast-/Lunch-Club
Description: Having breakfast/lunch in the home office? Go to your collective lunch date! You can also join if you are only drinking coffee.
